These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Prostate Navigator website, services, programs, memberships, digital content, and virtual coaching offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Nature of Services

Prostate Navigator provides health education and coaching services only. All information, guidance, discussions, and materials provided through the Services are for educational and informational purposes.

The Services are not medical care, do not constitute medical advice, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or medical condition.

2. No Medical or Therapeutic Relationship

Use of the Services does not create a doctor–patient, practitioner–patient, therapist–client, or other clinical relationship.

You acknowledge that Prostate Navigator does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services and does not replace care from licensed healthcare professionals.

3. Client Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your health decisions and outcomes

  • Participation in the Services is voluntary

  • Any actions you take based on information provided are your responsibility

  • You will consult a licensed healthcare provider before making changes to medications, treatments, or medical care

Individual results may vary, and no outcomes are guaranteed.

4. Virtual Services & Technology

Services are delivered virtually via audio, video, or digital platforms. You understand that virtual education and coaching have inherent limitations and rely on self-reported information.

Prostate Navigator is not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions, platform outages, or third-party software issues.

5. Memberships, Payments & Fees

Membership terms, pricing, billing cycles, and included services are governed by your Membership Agreement.

All fees are due in advance unless otherwise stated. All sales are final. No refunds are provided for:

  • Services rendered

  • Memberships

  • Missed or unused sessions

  • Digital content

6. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session or a charge at the full rate.

7. Third-Party Products & Services

Any supplements, educational materials, laboratory services, or external resources referenced are provided by third-party vendors. Prostate Navigator does not manufacture, prescribe, control, or guarantee these products or services and is not responsible for their outcomes, quality, or refund policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, programs, materials, videos, text, graphics, branding, and digital assets are the intellectual property of Prostate Navigator and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Testimonials & Marketing

Testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee results. You grant Prostate Navigator permission to use submitted testimonials, reviews, or feedback for marketing and educational purposes unless you revoke consent in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prostate Navigator, its owners, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prostate Navigator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming , without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Modifications to Terms

Prostate Navigator reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
